Re-Design and the User agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Re-Design shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Any delays or interruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.
